In late August 2022, Lillian Calixto, Scarlett Fountain and Rebecca Lawson were put into the same Multimedia class at Mid-America Technology Center located in Wayne, Oklahoma. The class was involved in a chapter for Business Professionals of America. In this chapter, a team was selected to compete in a Web Design event to create a used car website in hopes of attending BPA National Leadership Conference at Anaheim, California in April 2023. In the early process of brainstorming, one of the team members had a sparkly blue journal, which later became our group journal. The front cover of that journal had the saying “Live, Love, Sparkle”. While coming up with ideas for our company's name, one of the team members grabbed the journal, slammed it onto the table and said “Live, Love, Sparkle cars”. All three team members screamed in joy “SPARKLE CARS!!” at the same time falling in love with the name. Now looking back, the making of Sparkle Cars will be a cherished memory for all three team members.
